Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions before using Leadsturn, creating an account, publishing advertisements, submitting business listings or purchasing any services. These terms explain the rules governing your use of our website and services.

Effective date: October 15, 2026

1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Leadsturn website at leadsturn.com and the features and services made available through it. In these terms, "Leadsturn", "we", "our" and "us" refer to the operator of the website, while "you" and "your" refer to the person or entity using it.

By accessing or using the website, creating an account, submitting an advertisement, publishing a business listing or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms and any applicable service-specific conditions presented to you.

If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue your use of the relevant website features and services.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you to use Leadsturn independently. If you use the website on behalf of a company or another organisation, you represent that you have authority to act on its behalf.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Leadsturn complies with the laws and regulations applicable to your activities and location.

3. User accounts and account security

Certain website features may require you to register for an account. When creating and maintaining an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and reasonably up-to-date information.
  • Keep your login credentials confidential.
  • Take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access.
  • Notify us if you suspect your account has been compromised.
  • Use only accounts that you are authorised to access.
  • Keep your account information and business contact details updated.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account to the extent permitted by applicable law. We may request information needed to verify an account or investigate suspected misuse.

4. Website features and services

Leadsturn may provide online advertising opportunities, classified advertisements, business listings, lead generation, website design, SEO, AEO, GEO, digital marketing, promotional packages and related services.

Available features, package details, service scope, prices and delivery conditions may change over time. Specific proposals, invoices or written service agreements may contain additional conditions for the service concerned.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, submitting an advertisement, business listing or service enquiry does not guarantee acceptance, publication, a sale, a customer lead or a particular commercial outcome.

5. Advertisements and business listings

You are responsible for the content and information you submit for advertisements, business listings, promotional material and related submissions.

By submitting content, you confirm that:

  • The information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and is not intentionally misleading.
  • You are authorised to advertise the products, services or business described.
  • You have the rights, permissions and licences required to use submitted photographs, logos, text, videos and other materials.
  • Your content complies with applicable laws, regulations and these terms.
  • You will update or remove material that becomes materially inaccurate or unlawful.

Public listings may display the contact details, images, prices, business descriptions and other information you choose to publish. Public content may be viewed, copied, indexed or redistributed by third parties, including search engines.

Important: Do not publish confidential information or personal contact details unless you are authorised to disclose them and intend them to be public.

Leadsturn does not automatically become the seller, buyer, manufacturer, agent or contractual party to a transaction between users merely because an advertisement or listing appears on the website. Unless expressly stated otherwise, users are responsible for independently evaluating the businesses, products and services they contact.

6. User responsibilities

When using Leadsturn, you agree to act lawfully, provide truthful information and respect the rights of other users and third parties.

You must not misuse contact information, submit fraudulent enquiries, impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, qualifications, products or business affiliations.

You are responsible for checking the suitability, legality, specifications, prices and terms of any product or service you obtain through a listing. Before completing a transaction, independently verify the other party and any relevant documents.

7. Prohibited activities

You must not use Leadsturn to:

  • Publish fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory or materially misleading content.
  • Advertise illegal products, services or transactions.
  • Infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy rights or other legal rights.
  • Upload malicious software, harmful code or files intended to compromise systems.
  • Attempt unauthorised access to accounts, servers, databases or administrative functions.
  • Scrape, harvest or misuse personal information without proper authorisation.
  • Send spam, abusive messages, deceptive solicitations or unauthorised bulk communications.
  • Manipulate listings, reviews, enquiries or platform functions through fraudulent means.
  • Interfere with website availability, security or normal operation.
  • Use another person's account or submit content without the required authority.

We may investigate suspected violations and take proportionate action, subject to applicable law and any rights you may have.

8. Content review and moderation

Leadsturn may review submitted content and may approve, reject, restrict, edit for administrative formatting, suspend or remove a listing where reasonably necessary to operate the website, address a complaint, protect users, enforce these terms or comply with law.

We do not promise to pre-screen every submission or independently verify every statement made by users. The appearance of a listing on Leadsturn is not an endorsement, certification, guarantee or independent verification of the listed business or product.

If you believe content infringes your rights or violates applicable law, contact us with the relevant URL, a description of the concern and sufficient information for us to assess the report.

10. SEO, AEO, GEO and marketing results

Search engine optimisation (SEO), answer engine optimisation (AEO), generative engine optimisation (GEO), website development, advertising and lead generation involve factors outside Leadsturn's direct control.

Search engines, advertising platforms, algorithms, competitors, market conditions, customer behaviour and third-party services may affect performance. Therefore, unless expressly agreed in a written contract, we do not guarantee:

  • Specific search engine rankings or positions.
  • Inclusion, indexing or continued visibility in any search engine or AI platform.
  • A fixed quantity or quality of leads, enquiries, calls or website traffic.
  • Sales, conversions, profits, revenue or return on investment.
  • Uninterrupted performance of third-party advertising or search platforms.

Service deliverables, reporting arrangements, timelines and measurable commitments should be defined in the relevant written proposal or agreement.

11. Intellectual property and content licence

Unless otherwise stated, the Leadsturn website's original branding, design, text, graphics, software and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to their respective rights holders. They may not be copied, modified, distributed or commercially exploited without appropriate permission, except where permitted by law.

You retain ownership of content you lawfully own and submit to Leadsturn. By submitting content for publication or promotion, you grant Leadsturn a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display, format and distribute that content to the extent reasonably necessary to operate, promote and provide the relevant website features or services.

This licence is subject to your rights, applicable law and any separate written agreement. It does not transfer ownership of your content to Leadsturn. You should ensure that you have permission to grant this licence for all submitted materials.

Where content is removed from the website, technical backups, lawful records, cached copies or copies independently retained by third parties may not disappear immediately.

12. Third-party websites and services

Leadsturn may link to or integrate with third-party websites and services, including messaging platforms, payment processors, hosting providers, analytics services, social networks and advertising platforms.

Third-party services operate under their own terms, policies, availability conditions and security practices. Leadsturn does not control every third-party service and, except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing, is not responsible for independent third-party content, actions, products or services.

You should review the applicable terms before using an external service or completing a transaction with another business.

13. Privacy and personal information

Our collection and handling of personal information are described in the Leadsturn Privacy Policy . That policy explains the information we may collect, how it may be used, when it may be shared and the choices available to you.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have a lawful basis and any necessary permissions to submit personal information belonging to another person, including customer or employee details.

Please do not send passwords, payment card details or other confidential information through public listing fields or ordinary enquiries unless an authorised, secure process specifically requires it.

14. Website availability and changes

We aim to maintain a useful and accessible website, but we do not guarantee that Leadsturn will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device, browser or third-party system.

We may update, improve, restrict, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, business operations, legal compliance or other legitimate purposes.

Where appropriate and practicable, we may provide notice of significant changes affecting a paid service in accordance with the applicable service agreement and law.

15. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its general features are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant that all content will always be complete, current, accurate or suitable for every purpose.

Business listings, advertisements, user-submitted descriptions, prices, claims and contact details may originate from third parties. Their publication does not mean that Leadsturn has verified or endorsed them.

You should independently verify material claims, business identity, product specifications, licences, safety information and contractual terms before relying on a listing or entering a transaction.

Nothing in this section excludes a warranty, guarantee or statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

16. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Leadsturn will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, loss of data or reputational damage arising from the use of the website or dealings with third parties.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses resulting from inaccurate user-submitted listings, transactions between users, third-party service failures, unauthorised account access that could not reasonably have been prevented, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it remains subject to the applicable legal requirements. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

Any liability cap for a specific paid service must be assessed against the relevant written agreement and applicable law; this general section does not establish a universal monetary cap for every service.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you may be responsible for reasonable losses, claims, damages and expenses arising from your unlawful use of Leadsturn, your material breach of these terms, your infringement of another person's rights, or content you submit without the required authority.

This section does not require you to indemnify Leadsturn for losses caused by Leadsturn's own unlawful conduct or for any liability that cannot lawfully be transferred to you.

18. Account suspension and termination

You may stop using Leadsturn at any time. If account deletion is available through your account settings, you may use that feature or contact us for assistance.

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, security threats, unlawful activity, repeated policy violations, non-payment of applicable charges or other material breaches of these terms.

Where appropriate and legally permissible, we may provide notice or an opportunity to address a concern before taking action. Nothing in this section prevents action needed to address an urgent security or legal risk.

Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination, including applicable intellectual property provisions, outstanding payment obligations, disclaimers and lawful dispute-related provisions, may survive termination.

19. Governing law and disputes

These terms are subject to the applicable laws governing the relevant service and the parties' relationship. Mandatory consumer protections and other non-excludable legal rights continue to apply where relevant.

If you have a concern or dispute, please contact Leadsturn first so that we can attempt to understand and resolve the matter informally.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled by a court or other competent authority with jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing in these terms removes a jurisdictional right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

20. Changes to these Terms and Conditions

We may revise these terms to reflect changes to our website, features, service arrangements or legal obligations.

The revised version will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where required by law or a relevant agreement, we will provide additional notice or obtain any required acceptance.

Your continued use of the website after updated terms become effective will be subject to the revised terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
